Dill Weed is the dried leaves of Anethum graveolens. It is generally grown in Israel and the United States. The small green leaves have a sweet, grassy like flavor and aroma. It pairs well with eggs and cured salmon. It is also a common ingredient in pickling recipes. Try it mixed with sour cream, mayonnaise, and beau monde for an easy, unique veggie dip.
